当你发现自己的听力有损失时，为了及早得到或助听，耳聋的苦恼，便于工作，学习生活和社交活动，请注意及时做到一下几点。
1.及时就医。
2.无法时，应尽早选择专业的助听器验配人员进行科学的检测验配，选择适合听力需要的助听器。
3.尽量避开强噪音环境或戴上防噪音耳塞。
4. 尽量避免水分或异物进入耳道，以防耳道感染造成再次听力损失。
5. 耳屎过多时，不宜自己，应到医生处进行，以免再次损失你的听力。
6. 遇耳毒性药物应在医生指导下服用。（如链霉素，庆大霉素等 ）如何正确选配助听器？老年人如何选择助听器？
